This is one of the most sought-after vintage cookbooks, and is competitively priced. It is difficult to find even this reprint edition by Grosset & Dunlap. Very posh, and very much a time piece! Gold ink cover title on two-color rose and tan leatherette cover. Creamy pages (edges dyed light cranberry), beautiful design, marker ribbon, color photos by William Claxton and Tosh Matsumoto and duotone illustrations by Fritz Kredel throughout.

The text and recipes are a culinary travelogue of the Price's travels to top restaurants throughout Europe, the U.S. and Mexico. Included are such long-gone historic establishments as the late Fernand Point's Restaurant de la Pyramide (Madame Point slipped them a few recipes).

No notes, inscriptions, tears or rips. Overall VG+.
