The late author indeed collected recipes from friends, but many of the new recipes come from the chefs of some of the country's top restaurants: Frantino's Bistro, Sam Choy's, Alan Wong's, Roy's, Indigo, Hanatei Bistro, Hari's Kirchen, Simply Delicious, 3600 on the Rise, Hawaii Prince Hotel and others. Cooking ranges from a simple home cooking Quickie Salisbury Steak to to Roy's Restaurant's Hot Citrus Sauce Mahimahi topped with Kea'ay Bananas and Macadamia Nuts. Condition: VG+.
