Features recipes by top hotel, restaurant and resort chefs tin Bombay, Goa, Madras and New Delhi as well as Iraq, the U.S. The author wants to make a point that their food has finesse, and does not have to be "fatty" and "chili-hot." Good stuff. DJ shows slight shelf wear, but is still VG+/VG+.
