Vegetarian Wonders from India

The author, well known in England and India, has written many cookbooks about that country's cuisine. Focus is on breads, various rice, beans and lentils dishes, curries, mashed, fried or stuffed vegetables (that he calls "dry dishes," pickles, pullaos, chutneys and yogurt-based raitas. Also chapters on fritters and other savories, snacks such as dosas, which are lentil-rice flatbreads cooked on a griddle, and then stuffed with various fillings.

The book shows little wear, but is poorly bound. The interior binding is loose, but all pages are intact. Good- condition.
