For this book. the recipe club at this Hemstead, Long Island congregation, chaired by Mrs. Katherine R. Boulukos, has combined two earlier efforts that were published beginning in 1960, The Art of Greek Cookery (hailed back in the day by Craig Claiborne) and The Regional Cuisines of Greece. Increasingly hard to find in hardback. DJ spine slightly sun bleached; a few pages slightly soiled (the previous owner apparently tried all the Pastitsio recipes), one penciled recipe note, slight DJ wear at extremities. VG/VG.
