Redbook -- 25 food editors pick their best dinner menus

The article is entitled “25 Ways to Delight Your Dinner Guests.” The magazine asked top U.S. newspaper food writers to “share the dishes they most often use when company is coming. Some are simple, others elaborate; some regional American, others foreign classics.” Boeuf En Daube, Blanquette De Mouton and Chesapeake Crab Imperial are homey examples.

If you grew up in the ‘60s, you’ll probably recognize some of the 25 names of course -- Craig Claiborne of the New York Times or Jean Voltz (Marian Manners) of the Los Angeles Times. But in 1964, who wrote on food for, say, The Christian Science Monitor, The Houston Chronicle, The Boston Globe, The New Orleans Times-Picayune or the Chicago Daily News?
