Comes in a white coated stock paper folder. The three chefs show the range of Israeli cooking: Banysh was Bulgarian, Debasque was from Tunis and France, and Drucker from Poland. Getting harder to find in this country. Recommended. Cover shows scuffing and light wear. VG.
