Food prep illustrations by Sidonie Cornyn (of Mastering the Art of French Cooking fame) and b&w photo scenes of Moroccan life throughout.

The first section covers equipment and preparation; the other chapters delve into The Souks (markets), breads, soups, Salad and Vegetables, Fish and so on. We screeched to a halt at the Poultry chapter and were enthralled by the variety, being fans of Chicken Tagine with green olives and preserved lemons. As-New condition.... Another copy, VG+.
