Heavy hardback with pictorial DJ, 598 pages. Not a showboat coffee table book -- no color pix. Just one or two concise recipes per page (like the Gorgonzola, Leek and Fennel Tart and the Dilled Asparagus Quiche on pp. 212 and 213. Mmmmmm). Very Good condition-- shows no use. Repaired small DJ rip at bottom, otherwise VG+/VG+.
