Chefs and cooking instructors from France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and every other european country (and a few from other countries) chime in on how to throw a wing-ding of a buffet. So-author Abélanet, in his introduction, asks where would we be without such events for business deals, weddings, retirement parties, award ceremonies, holiday celebrations and what we translate as wakes. If somebody else is picking up the tab, we couldn't agree more. DJ has a few closed tears at extremities. VG++/VG.
