Volume One covers Appetizers, Breads, Cakes Cookies, Chicken, Poultry, and Desserts. Volume Two covers: Eggs, Cheese, Fish, Seafood, Holiday Delights, Main Dishes, Meat, Pasta, and Rice. Volume Three covers Pies, Pastry, Salads, Sauces, Soups, Vegetables and an Index. McCall's Cooking School "diploma" of original owner tucked in! "Cooking with Herbs" sheet also tucked in.
