by Nika Hazelton, Scribner's, 1987 revised edition of 1965 publication. Hardback, with DJ, 285 pages. The initial'60s publication was a big seller, arriving when Scandinavian teak furniture, housewares and brightly colored enameled cookware (Dansk, Copco) were all the rage. The '87 revision here scales back fat and sugar, and increases the recipes to more than 200. The book is apparently out of print, although a reprint by Galahad Books briefly surfaced in '94. Excellent condition: VG+/VG+.
